How We Do Business

These policies apply to all purchases made through the Northstack website. We believe in clear, fair terms — please read through so you know exactly what to expect when you shop with us.

Return Policy & Process

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Northstack purchase. If something isn't right, we make it straightforward to send it back.

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they meet the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

How to initiate a return:

  • Submit a return request through our contact form within 30 days of your delivery date
  • Include your order number and the reason for your return
  • We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address
  • Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method — customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part

Items that are damaged, used, or returned outside the 30-day window may not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund & Dispute Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and approving the return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.

Non-refundable situations include:

  • Items returned outside the 30-day window
  • Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging
  • Final sale or clearly marked non-returnable items

Disputes & chargebacks: If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us first through our contact form — we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card provider before contacting us, we may be unable to process a direct refund while the dispute is open.

Cancellation Policy

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. As a result, our ability to cancel an order after it has been placed depends on its current status.

Cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. There is no guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has been submitted.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately through our contact form with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate requests made before an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process.

If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In that case, you may return the item in accordance with our Return Policy above once it has been delivered.

Shipping & Export Restrictions

Northstack currently ships to addresses within North America only — including the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We do not ship to addresses outside of North America at this time.

All orders are subject to applicable local laws and regulations of the destination. Northstack is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply to orders shipped to Canada or Mexico — these are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that cannot be legally fulfilled based on the shipping destination or the nature of the product. If your order is cancelled for this reason, you will receive a full refund.

Terms & Conditions of Promotions

From time to time, Northstack may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, or limited-time offers. The following terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions are valid only for the dates and products specified in the offer
  • Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout — discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders
  • Only one promotional code may be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or sales unless explicitly stated
  • Northstack reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice
  • Promotions are void where prohibited by law
  • Promotional pricing applies to the original purchase only and does not affect refund calculations for returned items
